Welcome. I'm so glad you're here.
I created Shaina Young Wellness to provide a space for individualized and holistic wellness programming. I draw on decades of practice in the fields of fitness and Yoga to develop a program that will help you reach your goals with a safe, effective, and fun approach.
Why Balance, Body, Breath?

Balance
While we address your physical balance and stability, we also collaborate with you to create a plan to balance and integrate your health and wellness goals
with your daily life.

Body
We build from the inside out. We use functional exercises that align with your body's needs to create strength, stability, flexibility, cardiovascular fitness, and an overall sense of well-being. We work with you to understand where your body feels strong, vulnerable, aligned, or needing adjustment.

Breath
Breath is the key to building from the inside out. Breathing from the diaphragm allows for a full engagement of the core muscles, lowers stress levels, and helps you feel centered, grounded,
and refreshed. We anchor your movement with breath so that your program energizes you.
