Our Training Philosophy

There is not one methodology, tradition, or practice that works for everyone. Our programs build on a foundation of postural alignment, core strength, and breath awareness.

 

We draw on decades of practice in fitness and yoga to develop a holistic program created just for you. Because personal training is personal, we regularly adjust your workouts to keep you moving toward your wellness goal. 

 

At the end of your session, you will notice increased energy and a feeling of centeredness, strength, and understanding of your body. And you will have fun – without looking at your phone for an hour! 

 

We meet with you individually or work with a group of up to five (5)  in a group session.
